Tiphour Thinker-Space utilizes technology integration in a game like interface to  provide a personalized, dynamic, and differentiated solutions environment. Tiphour Thinker-Space is a pedagogical shift not a complicated install. The main focus is for individuals to construct project development through project based inquiry, critical thinking, and individual choices. Tiphour Thinker-Space flips project development and process from the management team to the individual team members while still retaining the values that constitute a highly productive environment. The team lead introduces team members to instructional scaffolds and then facilitates through the tiphour process to internalize project solutions. Team members are encouraged to utilize all the technological resources available to them to succeed. Team members are encouraged to look at the Tiphour Thinker-Space as a virtual maker-space where an unlimited number of projects happen simultaneously. For more insight research constructivism.
