Tiphour TIPLAB pre and post survey data collected over a five year period showed team members acquiring a strong understanding of concepts to effectively design and solve Technology Integrated Projects - TIPs. Individuals that were given choice continued to develop independent ideas. Individuals given direction continued to desire direction and were more dependent on directions.
